There is nothing more I love than to welcome people into a space they love.

What began as a passion for hosting within my own home has now become a profession I pour my heart and soul into.

Wherever you roam, your Spirit will always seek a sense of home.

And, when it comes to selling the space you've lived in or decorating a new abode in ways that are completely resonant with who you are, I work with clients to create the exact style that resonates most with you and your potential buyers.

If you're seeking expert staging services with soul, Stage Black is precisely the expert company for you.

Your Interior Staging Companion

Thanks to my decades of experience in sales, account management and hospitality, especially focused on recruiting over the last five years, I know precisely how to listen to clients for what they truly want.

Prior to launching Stage Black, I also spent years as an entrepreneur, running my own jewelry company and was recognized as top salesperson among my peers at the yearly company convention.

Yet, the most pivotal part of my story came about after my husband and I moved to Seattle.

After many happy years living in Washington, we decided it was time to go "home" back to Austin, Texas. Unbeknownst to me, this journey would be the last one my husband and I would take together.

As we drove back to Texas, I mused on what I really wanted to do with my life, now that we were about to embark on new beginnings. It came to me that I had always loved hosting and enjoyed creating an atmosphere where everyone not only felt welcome, but also felt completely comfortable to be themselves.

I decided to explore what interior design and staging would look like, especially given how much I missed expressing my creative self after so many years in the corporate world.

When I expressed this desire to my husband, he was incredibly supportive. When I expressed my concern that I wouldn't initially be contributing to our household financially, he said to me, "Don't worry about that. Go do what you love. I want you to do what you love."

By the time we got back to Texas, we discovered that my husband was sick — shortly thereafter, passed away. But, thanks to his love, every single day I get to pursue my passions.

Stage Black is what I wanted to create in that conversation with him in the car.

And, it's what I bring to you now, where we collaborate on creating the exact right space for you.
