Basic Staging (up to 4 hours)

Here’s where we walk together throughout your home to create the atmosphere you desire. Whether you’re looking to declutter your existing space or stage your home ready for sale, there are two primary ways I can help:

1. Declutter & Stylize: We’ll walk from room-to-room to discuss what it is that you want. Sometimes, it’s hard to see what needs to be done, because you’re “in it” day in and day out. Having an outside perspective helps to ensure that you’ll have a more spacious and cleaner environment, that could also be ready for any events you’d like to host!

2. Stage Ready for Sale: I’ll show you how to de-personalize your space to make it ready for a faster sale by creating a welcoming environment! We’ll go through the major home spaces: living room, kitchen, master, baths, family areas. Here’s where we’ll figure out how to repurpose your existing furniture.

Premium Staging (1-2 days)

Designed for clients ready for a comprehensive done-for-you option, especially if the home does not have an existing resident, here’s how Premium Staging works:

• I’ll walk through a comprehensive consultation, then provide all the necessary furniture or accessories, depending on whether a resident currently resides in the home.

• From there, I’ll create the right environment for every room, so that by the time you walk through your doors again, you’ll discover that it’s ready for potential buyers to walk through!

$200/hour

Commercial

Need to get your business space ready for an event? Looking to re-design your existing work area to create more flow and collaboration? These Commercial services are designed on a project-basis for your specific needs.
 

basic commercial staging (2-4 hours)

You’re getting ready for an event and need to have your space ready for all the attendees. This Basic Commercial Staging offer features a consultation and prep work either leading up to or on the day of the event.

• Includes a 60-minute consultation & walk-through

• Includes up to 3 hours of staging services.

Packages begin at $500.

premium commercial staging (1-2 Days)

If you decide to rent a venue or need to completely revamp your existing look and feel, my Premium Commercial Staging is an in-depth collaboration that includes brainstorming on best options, providing expert recommendations on layout and flow, and also providing furniture and accessories if necessary.

Completely customized for your needs. Packages begin at $1500.
